All reservations made direct are also fully flexible – which means if your plans change you can rest assured that we will allow for cancellations or amendments up to 24-hours prior to your arrival. The only exceptions are over special event periods, but we will always work with you to find a solution.
On the unlikely occasion you find a lower rate that is not listed on www.alpinehotel.co.nz, please call us on +64 3 281 8703 and we will honour the rate. Please be aware that some basic conditions apply, such as:
- The rate must be publicly available and valid for the same arrival and departure dates.
- The rate must be listed in NZ$ (New Zealand Dollars), not influenced by a currency conversion and include GST (tax).
- If the lower rate is the result of a third-party reseller selling Alpine Hotel Suites at a loss, we may not be able to extend the guaranteed benefits.
